Facial Massage

$60 1 Hour

Sinus MassageOur facial treatment includes the use of small cups to vacuum and gently lift the facial tissue, mimicking the pumping movements of lymphatic drainage. This treatment provides lifting, toning and firming to the tissues of the face and rejuvenates the skin. Combined with hot towels and a full line of gentle and all natural products including, cleanser, mud mask and honey treatments, this session is deeply relaxing and the results are dramatic.

The benefits of facial cupping include increased local circulation of the skin and increased nutrients brought to the epidermis. The drainage of stagnant fluids from reservoir areas will reduce edema and chronic puffiness. Lines and wrinkles will plump whereas scar tissue will soften from the negative pressure, making it an exceptionally powerful and surprisingly relaxing. The muscles of the face benefit greatly from the reduction of tension and tightness, releasing expression lines and loosening rigid muscles associated with TMJ disorders.

Sinus infections and inflammation are also directly relieved by the loosening and draining effects of the cups – many times resolving issues that many sufferers commonly turned to more radical procedures to correct.

For the best results, we recommend that you receive a series of facial treatments, weekly or bi-weekly and then once a month to maintain healthy skin. We offer special discount packages, for prices click here.

Thermal Stone Therapy

Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated basalt stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. These smooth volcanic stones are also used to massage the large muscle groups of the body. Muscles that are heated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. Hot stones warmed by fire were used by Native Americans to treat aching muscles. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.

Reflexology

$60 1 hour

Reflexology is a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet. Thai Bodywork gives the benefits of massage, yoga, and energy work in one nurturing dance.  It is an ancient healing art form practiced in Thailand. Thai massage is more energizing and rigorous than most other forms of massage therapy. It’s also called Thai Yoga massage. The Therapist uses hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like postures and stretches. Thai massage is described as yoga without any of the work. No oil is applied, so you are fully dressed during the session. A single Thai massage session will help you release stress and relieve pain, and help you function more effectively at work and home. The whole treatment is a graceful, nurturing, interactive dance that is sensitive to the condition of each person.  The effect of Thai Massage is greater flexibility, flow of energy, deep relaxation, and feeling of well being.

Lypossage

The fatty tissue in your body acts as a “toxic waste disposal site” where substances that it cannot metabolize are dumped. This congested tissue can have poor circulation (you’ll note that cellulite prone areas are cool to the touch.) Lymphatic flow may also be restricted by tight undergarments and pantyhose. Lypossage cleanses the body of stagnant, stalled lymphatic fluid (lymph edema) that can create lumps and bulges we know as figure imbalances. the deeper lypossage strokes break up adhesions under the skin that can contribute to the dimpled, uneven appearance of cellulite. Lypossage also tones the muscles, lifting and firming sagging tissue.

Lymphatic Cupping

By creating suction and negative pressure, cupping therapy is used to soften tight muscles and tone attachments, loosen adhesions and lift connective tissue, bring hydration and blood flow to body tissues, and drain excess fluids and toxins by opening lymphatic pathways. This can have a powerful effect on the appearance of cellulite and scar tissue, detoxification and lymph drainage.
